No rental cars available?!
Rent your car without worries. The rates include insurances, local surcharges, taxes, and, in most cases, unlimited kilometres. With almost 2,000 rental locations worldwide, there is always a rental location near your destination. But what if you experience difficulties renting a car, because there are no cars available for example? Fortunately, there are several alternatives. We are happy to help you on your way with the following tips.
No cars available?
Try a different period or rental location if possible. Did you know that we offer one or more rental locations in the city centre in addition to all airport locations? This is ideal if you wish to enjoy the city for a few days. This way, you will save unnecessary costs and you can pick up the car once you need it.
No rates (yet)
If you get a message that there are no rates available, you can try to select a different rental period. It is also possible that you want to make your booking well in advance and that the rates are not available yet. Please contact our customer service department in that case so that we can inform you once the rates are available.
Location closed
Large airport locations are often opened 24 hours per day so you can pick up and return your rental car all day. This is usually not the case with other locations. If possible, try to change your pick up and return time. Would you like to pick up your rental car outside opening hours? We can request this for you. If possible, for an additional fee an employee will be available. Returning your car outside opening hours is often not a problem because there is usually a drop-off available in which you can leave the key.
