Changing something in your booking
Want to change your travel dates, switch car type, or choose a different pick-up location? Let us know! Contact our customer service in time — we’ll be happy to look at the options together with you.
We don’t charge any fees for making changes to your booking. Please note: the rental rate may change if, for example, you adjust the travel dates or choose a different car category. All changes depend on current availability.
Cancelling more than 48 hours before departure
With our “cancellation fee waiver” option, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. Just get in touch with us in time, and we’ll refund the full amount to your account. That way, you can book with peace of mind and only pay if you actually hit the road.
Cancelling within 48 hours before departure
Need to cancel the car less than 48 hours before pick-up? Unfortunately, in that case, we’re no longer able to refund the cost — even if you selected the cancellation fee waiver.
Returning the car early
Need to return your rental car earlier than expected? No problem. However, a refund for unused rental days is not possible. In that case, you can always contact your travel insurance provider. Depending on your policy, you may be able to reclaim part of the costs.
