Changing your car rental reservation free of charge

If you want to change or cancel your car rental after booking, that’s no problem at all. Please notify our customer service of your change in good time and they will look at the options for you. We do not charge you any additional change costs. Please note that in the event of a change, the rental rate is subject to interim (price) changes and the current availability.

Cancellation is easy

You can cancel your rental car free of charge up to 48 hours before departure. To do this, select the option ‘cancellation fee waiver’ when booking the rental car. If you cancel the car, you will then be refunded the full rental amount to your account. This way, renting a car is risk-free and you only pay for your rental car if you will actually use it.

Cancellation within 48 hours before start

If you cancel within 48 hours before the pick-up time or after the start date of the reservation, we can unfortunately no longer credit the rental amount. Not even if you have added the cancellation fee waiver option to your reservation. Do you have to return the rental car earlier due to (personal) circumstances? Then it may be possible to claim these costs from your travel or continuous cancellation insurance. Of course, this is only possible if the reason falls under the conditions of your insurance.
